How it works

Each vehicle flip is its own private project. Approved participants contribute to that specific project and share in its outcome according to the signed agreement.

Invitation-only

Most participants are friends, family, coworkers, business associates, or people referred by someone we know and trust.

No guaranteed return

Projected profits are estimates. Repairs, delays, or market changes can reduce or eliminate profit — or produce a loss.

Full transparency

Assigned partners see everything about their project: expenses, receipts, photos, updates, sale, and distribution.

Typical project size

Our initial program focuses primarily on smaller vehicle projects with estimated total project budgets ranging from approximately $1,000 to $3,000 per vehicle project. Some vehicles may require more or less depending on the circumstances. No additional amount is ever required from a participant without following the project agreement and additional-expense process. The minimum anticipated contribution is generally $250.
